Anyhow, to the OP, I don't get it either... I can't really think of a valid biological mechanism by which someone could gain a inch in length just by being really turned on. The length, as far as I know, is limited by the suspensory ligament. I can see how someone might be a little thicker, but certainly not a whole inch longer. My length is very stable, and has been the same every time I've measured it since it stopped growing.
