Seriously, I wouldn't have known what to do if I'd had big feet and hands at puberty. I still wear a man's size 9.5 USA shoe (EEE of course). And I could never reach an interval of a 10th on the piano; just a 9th. So, I guess I've still got small feet and hands. For me, the shoe and hands thing was/is a myth. But I've got BIG earlobes. LOL!
