What is the difference between these two devices, they look the same to me? If I were to get one of these which site should I get it from? What is the minimum amount of time I can wear it during a day while still noticing a difference?

The only difference between the PeniMaster and the JES Extender is that the PeniMaster uses a more comfortable strap, as opposed to the noose of the JES, and, of course, the price is better on the PeniMaster .

I never understood why people are so big on trying to make themselves larger instead of concentrating on learning how to use what they have. In time I guess people will learn, but until then if I had to recommend one, I'd definitely recommend the PM + Enlargel combo.

So you dont understand why anyone wants to enlarge there penis but are recommending a penis enlarger? Have you even used any of them? If not your recommendation means nothing, if you have then why are you slating people that try and enlarge there penis when you have done the same? And you say people should learn to use what they've got, well maybe they allready can and want to improve in other areas? actually... a penis enlargement program can work in different manners to a man, why is that? because the penis size is linked to a man confidence or self-steem.
plus that, a penis stretching device is proven to correct penile curvature up to 70%.
my point is that a penis enlargement is something i'd recommend to a low-confidence man or if you really want to have a huge penis, because it is not what you have, instead is how you use it.
