I've recently discovered (d'oh!) a wonderful technique. Always been keen on playing with my glans, and often come from that alone, but this is amazing. Move the skin of your frenulum, just where the head meets the shaft, around in a small circle or up and down slightly. Don't let your finger move over the skin, but use enough pressure to move the skin around with your finger (middle finger works best for me). Don't touch the rest of your penis (although I've been trying this with a cock ring recently, around the base...nice too!), and above all, don't flex your PC muscle. The orgasm takes a long time to happen...sometimes 20 minutes to an hour even. When it hits, try not to flex that muscle....just let the semen make its own way up the penis. I almost pass out when I climax like this. As I said, just wonderful!
