At my primary school (Aged 10/11) we had to sit on the mat in front of and below our teacher as he sat on a chair reading us a story or something. I quickly learnt that the best seat was in the front row as I could peer up his open shorts leg at his ball/s hanging out of his underpants. I still have a thing about seeing snippets of skin hanging out of open short legs, especially those nylon shorts! I dont think he was that hung but my mouth must have been hanging open as he eventually told my parents I was going to be gay when I grew up (wonder what made him think that?

On the topic of balls hanging out (but not teahers-sorry to diverge) I also saw somebody on the cycle machine at the gym with their balls hanging out with each raise of the leg. I positioned myself in the front seat for that performance too!
