No, of course not! I am 48 and have known thousands of people - gay, straight, and in between - in my lifetime... and I've never discovered a common look (other than, say, a mode of dress that was popular in one subcommunity or another of the gay world).

It has been said that there are only 80 different facial combinations known in mankind (why some people constantly note resemblances to people they have known, or to celebrities, whom we've seen so much we feel we actually know), so maybe it's the gay folk you've known that you are always seeing in others...
