I agree about staying inside soft ... one great advantage if being big soft is never slipping out until I want to slip out ;).

In my case at my peak I had the ability (and occasionally still have it even at 53) pretty often, when very worked up, to stay hard, and in fact even to swell up to over my usual size (10 x 7) after the first ejaculation. A nil refractory period.

But what I'm less clear on is how you manage to acheive penetration at all unless you are fully hard or very near it. The more the girth, especially the bigger your glans, the more pressure is needed ... in my case even in the context of a long marriage ... I have to be good and strong to work my way in at all. I would have thought it must be like that for you.

Have you ever taken yourself to a urologist? ... it just sounds to me that with a 9.5" soft penis your erection may not be quite at its full potential even at 11 x 7 .. it would be good to know that you were more consistently filling that erectile capacity out to the max.

You are right I have to have some blood in there before I can get in, that is if I can get in at all. One disdvantage of a huge dick is that some girls won't let you get near them. It does take a while for me to get hard anyway, so often I dangle around pretty full of blood but not up yet. In that state I can get into a girl.
Yes, I have been to a urologist and I am probably one of his favourite patients just for the curiosity factor. I try various things to excercise my capacity so not to loose it, when I have time.

DanDMan: I recently took the advice of a post on a former LPSG site and tried some yohimbe. I made the mistake of taking one dose about 3 hours before bed-time. I was rock hard for hours!! I couldn't fall asleep until about 3 or 4 AM!
This stuff worked great. I have learned to take it only when I feel like having a good time but take much smaller doses of it, like I cut the pill itself into 4 smaller peices and take it.

Take it to your doctor. He should refer you to a uro. I know it will be embarrassing, but no way is this acceptable.

The ligaments probably aren't to blame, though we all know that a heavy penis can cause a lot of strain, and there are a lot of us who can't ever get to point up because of the weight.

But the lack of full erections is ... it makes me wonder if you have venous leakage.

I do get rock hard but by no means everytime,

it depends on alot of things.. if I have just had sex, the second or 3rd time wont be rock yard, its still 100% ok for sex, same is almost the same size just not rock hard.

Depends on how sexy the woman is, how recently I had sex, How much I want to have sex .. many variables..

But even when I am just hard , not rock hard , I have never had any complaints ! I actually prefer NOT to be rock hard, its very inflexible and can be very difficult to get anything done,

I thought I was alone in pointing nearly straight down. I get very hard and can do anything I need to, but I really have to flex my PC muscles to point horizontal. Just standing relaxed and hard, I hang down as seen in my profile picture. I'm happy with my length and girth, but I wish I could point up.
Oh well, can't have everything.....
