It seems that when a 7 incher expresses inferiority he is met with support and encouragement - as if to imply that his insecurity is valid and that he should feel better not because "size doesn't matter" but rather that he should be re-affirmed that he is actually statistically far superior to others. It seems that if a 5 incher expresses the same he is met with less empathy and more of an attitude that "you should just be happy that you have a pecker."

I'm not saying that everyone takes this approach, but there is a tone difference that I notice.
