I am a foreigner living in the Netherlands and have traveled extensively around the world and can tell you that the Dutch are, hands down, the most hung men on the planet (on average)..Really incredible. I think the fact they are the world's tallest people does, in fact, play a role..in at least some cases. I am always flattered when they call me enormous:). I'd say the Germans are then in second place.
