I prefer the Penis Stretcher over JES. The JES is hard to adjust, but I will use the parts from it for the Penis Stretcher. It's a good thing that I spent only $150 on it.
I started using the stretcher again in September because I want to give another chance. It was a good thing, because I gained about .25 in (sorry no pics). I have experience pain, discomfort, and injuries and I found a very helpful remedies for it using adhesive bandage and super clue (no joke).

I have no experience of the extenders you talk about, but I know the general principles behind extenders and that, being designed to be worn for long periods, you shouldn’t be experiencing discomfort, or especially pain. Again I urge people to look at thunders web site; to learn and understand what extenders are all about rather than just relying on manufactures instructions that at best, can sometimes be misleading.
