I've found that most individuals are captivated by receiving interest and repect from others. When people genuinely admire and want what's best for the person, those traits shine through and most will respond with a positive attitude. I think monster is one who would be set at ease with me from the first 'hello' and want my company, knowing that I place him on an extra high pedestal.
