Actually I do realize this, it just doesn't help all that much. I want my woman to love my member even if she wasn't in love with me at all... Would you be happy if you thought your man wouldn't think you were anything special if he wasn't looking through "rose colored glasses"?
For the record she says she's happy with our sex. It's me who isn't happy with her indifference to that part of my anatomy when I'm used to a different reaction.
