I wouldn't take it as a compliment, but rather as an acknowledgement. An affirmation that I'm still one of the guys. A light-hearted way of saying, "You're okay; a big cock doesn't make you an outcast." They know that it's one of my charcteristics, and they're not intimidated by it.
