A friend of mine also changed his attitude to me after seeing me naked (hard, we were masturbating), but he did quite the opposite of yours. My size entered his mine, he asks me to show my penis to him again, because he felt dwarfed by it. He wants to know how i make love to my gf, and so on.

Regarding your experience, besides a sort of penis envy, it might also be that your friendship “dried up” as time passed by. You were friends as youngsters, and you might not have grown together.

It isn't your size why he's not communicating with you. It's because he knows you're bi. He might think that others also know you're bi and if he's hanging out with you, they'll think he's bi too. And he wouldn't want this misreputation to get around in the gym.
