No they're not all kids, but there has to be a cut off point somewhere doesn't there? The kids I see now of 12 or so are mature beyond their years in some ways, but in other ways they're much less mature than someone in their 40's was when they were 12. They seem to be much more sexually aware, but much less able to deal with the consequences of their actions.
