Because it adds to the pedophiles fantasy. Talking about a young male or female, will encourage more conversation about it... soon, certain members of the group will be discussing what they want to do/what they have done with underage people, and the group becomes liable to report to the police.

Here here, totally agree. Being a father of 3 children, I don't want to hear about any pedophiles fantasy about a child sexually. In fact hearing about it makes me want to fantasize about beating the fu*k out of the scumbag thinking or fantasizing about it!
