It seems to me that the only reason people have a problem with this is because it's a "law." If that's your problem, if you have some bone to pick with "the man," or you want to stick it to society, look at it this way; it's LPSG's rule. You don't like it? Find a new board.

That simple.

Whether or not it was perfectly legal in the US, Turkey, Japan, Istanbul, Haiti, or whatever your country/province of choice, LPSG says no. Respect it.
