A short asian bodybuilder dude at my gym had the biggest nips I have ever seen. They stuck out about 3/4 all the time. He of course wore very tiny tank tops so they stuck out. They were like he had two big toes sticking out of each pec.

And of course the knobs were on this great body. Small legs, great V, and totally ripped.

Would be hard to top those.
