I've forgotten their name, but there is a special law about this. It's a federal law, and it's even more serious than the initial one regarding age. Basically, it adds an element similar to kidnapping to the charges. Taking someone across state lines for illegal intent, will get you into some serious trouble.

Back on topic... Why are people spending so much time trying to find loopholes in this issue? "Can I discuss it this way...? What if I discuss it that way...? But in MY state it's..." It's the policy of this site to have zero tolerance for any sexual connection, via discussion, images, etc., to someone under the age of 18.

It's the site policy. It's to protect the site from possible legal actions/closure. Don't test the line/mess it up for everyone. Done!
