Don't know about the hairiest ever, I haven't been keeping tabs.

But, a friend of mine is REALLY hairy (chest, legs, arms, face, pretty much everything), but he keeps a lot of it shaved and trimmed, except for his legs I think.

Come to think of it, of all the places on his body, I don't recall his pubes and balls being that hairy for some reason. Maybe I just wasn't paying attention... who knows?
