what type of surgery did you get - what were your before and afters and do u have pics --- are there adverse effects?

I have experienced some of the first kind of behavior, runningman, but more interestingly was what happened a few months ago with my current gf. A female friend of hers was talking about her new guy, and said that he was small. She said it didn't matter to her, but then followed it up by asking my gf if I was big, haha.
