As I said before, from my point of view it's actually a form of relief, removing all the doubt that most men have at one stage in their life or another of "Is my cock big enough?", this plagues a great many men, but they never actually say it, just keep it at the back of their mind all the time. For someone to say "Hey, you know..you have a small cock, but I think it looks great anyway, and it does everything I want it to...but yeah, it's small, and I have no problem telling you that, or reminding you that it's small!", it just removes the shroud of doubt.

It's actually not so different from all you well hung guys out there, it's just a different scale. I'm sure you all enjoy being told how big your cock is, at least on some level at some point. The difference is that for some reason people associate "big = good - small = bad", your assuming that being told your cock is small is a bad thing, it isn't, it's being honest.
