Because it adds to the pedophiles fantasy. Talking about a young male or female, will encourage more conversation about it... soon, certain members of the group will be discussing what they want to do/what they have done with underage people, and the group becomes liable to report to the police.
Plus, I dont' think ALOT of people want to hear about sexual encounters with younger people. There are other sites if that's your Jones.
