Interesting...I wonder the same many times.
However, I have a couple of 3 nicknames (by family & friends/partners) call me actually...one really being 'Whopper-lee = obviously in ref to the size of my penis that my step-bros. tagged me with.
It's much better than what my step-pa would call me "knee-knocker"
(mama made him stop) but he & my step-bros will still do it anyway which they are referring to where & how my dick hangs.
But its all good & ok
