Something similar happened to me recently.
I had a male relative over and he slept on the couch. Either he got too hot during the night, or it just fell off of him on its own, but his blanket ended up on the floor by morning when I woke up. I was on my way to shower when I noticed this and was going to put the blanket back on him. That's when I saw that he had a hard-on.
I was too embarrassed and just left it the way it was and hightailed it to the bathroom. He was awake by the time I got out of the shower so I never saw him like that anymore. I didn't even know that he slept only in his boxers.
