MrMXYZPTLK, I liked that post. You are the first one to bring up the issue of teaching the children good hygiene. Of course, ages will vary with each individual child, but I think it's important for children to see some differences, be able to ask the parent about those differences, get factual answers, and learn how to be a clean and healthy person.

I very vaguely remember baths with Mom and showers with Dad, but I'm pretty sure I demanded to be independent and do it myself by the time I was 4.

Jumbo747jet, I like your answer, too. Have you ever been to Naestved? I had an exchange student in my senior class, she was from Naestved. After we graduated, she moved back to Danmark; a year later, she came back to U. S. to visit me (and brought her handsome boyfriend!)
