HP does usually make good products but the company has grown faster than their support staff numbers. This is funny, and so so so wrong at the same time but... I was cleaning around the house one day and I ended up moving everything around, and I lost my power cord/brick to my HP printer. So I called HP and told them that the brick part got really hot and part of it melted and so it didn't work anymore, and they said "whats your shipping address sir?" lol And in about 2 days a brand new one was at my front door :)
