There is an exercise you can perform pretty much everywhere called a kegel. It involves squeezing your pc muscle (the muscle that you can move your boner up and down when your hard) for different periods of time at different lengths everyday. I have been trying kegels for a couple weeks and i have noticed that i can rock hard when i j/o now. I used to just be moderately hard, but with doing kegels , i woke up this morning with a morning erection that was so stiff i could hang a bath towel on it. I suggest you try these kegel exercies to keep your erection going.
