If you could exercise them into being bigger would you? I'm betting you would. See, I'm not going to go under the knife and have penis surgery despite the fact I do have a strong desire to be very big. However, exercises I am willing to do. Size makes a difference even to many non-size queens. It's just not as important to them as it is to size queens. Plus, it's a pecking order thing to many guys, perhaps you don't take that into enough consideration.
