Not at the doctor, but while having a massage/body scrub. It was very oily/soapy/wet (including the table...so I was sliding around a bit) compared to any other massage I had ever had. It was luckily just a partial by the time he got down to that region. It wasn't a big stress, however. Since I was in a foreign country and my understanding of Mandarin Chinese is limited to a couple dozen words, I didn't fell all that embarrassed about it.
