Mine varies with the strength and size of erection. 1/4" when soft, but yes, up to 1/2" with an erection. I also have those bumps people have mentioned when I'm really overexcited and overinflated.

I have the same, small protrusions on my piss slit. My slit is narrow and smaller than most guys I've seen. Since I'm gay, I've been able to look at cocks close up. It seems like most guys have gaping slits.
