But this may be what she really wants to happen even if she denies it. There is something erotic about making someone lose control. And while you do not wish to piss in the bed or in her, the thought of her losing control may flame the erotic feelings for you.
I'll echo the problems with full bladder. The bladder can become so stretched that it is incapable of emptying completely causing chronic bladder infections.
Holding your urine past a certain point will damge the ureters, tubes leading from the bladder to the kidneys.
The human body is supposed to be designed so that a guy will lose control of their kidneys and piss and it doesn't matter if the dick is in a pair of pants or not. The bladder will act on its own, or that is the way it is supposed to work. Sometimes people can enlarge their bladders by holding their uriine. Other guys can not.
