Here's the method that works for me.

1. Wait for the entire clip to load. Just watch the bar at the bottom of the video screen.

2. Once the clip has fully loaded, at the top of the window click "tools", then click "internet options", then click "Settings", then click "view files".

3. This will open the "temporary internet files" folder. If you sort the files by the size column, you will see the file for the clip at the top.

4. Right click on the desired file select copy, then right click on the location you wish to save the file i.e. your desktop or specific folder, then click save.

Typically, the files are already in .flv format, but if they are not just change the file extension once you have the file on your hard drive.

I know this seems like a lot of steps but, once you get used to them, it will make your internet porn hunting a lot easier!
