I always sleep nude, and with the window and door wide open, year round. Last night it was 20 degrees and window open, door open and heat off. I have flannel sheets, 2 thin blankets and 2 of those heavy comferters that look like felt. Plenty warm, plus I give off a lot of heat. Last Winter at -17 degrees and snowing, window open. I like fresh air.
