| | | Piete's right. The more cardio you do, the better you will be. I'd also lower my salt intake and consume more water. Salt stores fat on the body, and the water will flush it out for you. | | | |

| | | Salt info is new to me, I know I should do exercise to burn calories and increase metabolism but it's hard to exercise when there's Arctic weather outdoors and the place is made out of hills. I can't afford the gym either until next semester. What about managing food intake and stopping cravings between meals. | | | |

roughly 12 ounces of protein a day.
minimum grain/breads/carbs/potatoes
minimum dairy.
Though, if that's you in the photos... you may just want to continue eating as you normally do and increase the cardio.

| | | That's me breathing in and squeezing, I do have a little puppy fat though. Here's my weeks rough shopping list:
10 apples, 10 pears, a big bag of prunes, a little bag of mixed seeds, a jar of honey(lasts two weeks), dried pasta (7 meals worth), four servings of mixed salad, 2 tins of tuna, 1 cut of meat (pork or lamb chop), 10 servings of porridge, 4 potatoes, 2 parsnips, 4 carrots, 2 onions, 6 tomatoes, 4 mushrooms, 2 peppers, half a cup of rice, 2 jars of pesto, 1 carton of soy milk, 2 litres of pure orange juice, 2 litres of pure apple juice.
I think that is everything, on top of this I will have maybe 3 chocolate bars in a week, I also drink a few cups of soy/honey tea a day. Anything worth changing. | | | |

IF you are doing this seriously... you really need those 64oz (8 glasses +) a day. As for your protein, chicken, beef is better than pork. Pork has alot of fats and can be a bit taxing on the body. I'm sure others will comment on this and offer you advice. | | | |

So you will have a highbloodpressure becauseof all the water that is in your vains, and you will weight more. | | | |

But when you will cook your own meals with fresh ingrediënts you can add salt. Better if u use seesalt richend with Jodium. Or use a bouillon, enough salt in it and gives a great taste. High-fiber foods are your best friend: not only do they tend to be good for your health in general, but the fiber goes right through your body, and doesn't stick around for fat manufacturing. The fiber gives you calories and energy, but none of the drawbacks.
You may want to go easy on the fruit juice, unless you squeeze the fruits fresh at home. Even then, you will lose some of the precious fiber.
Some pundits also place a great (but frustrating) emphasis on how you combine the food groups: for instance, fruits (including tomatoes) are digested very quickly when eaten alone, but when mixed with carbohydrates or protein, they will become trapped and produce putrefaction and other undesirable chemical effects.
The carb and fat combo is also frown upon, so is the protein, fat and carb combo. | | | |
