Ah, I don't think that most boys and girls consider this to be a "problem."
If there was some magic dial to adjust the human sex drive, I think I would crank it up a bit, not down, as people ought to choose to be moral enough to handle it, and I think people enjoy it. I wouldn't want to take the "risk" of a less-populous, more dull world. "Packing heat?" What does that mean? Having a "man's sized penis" while yet a child. Endowed showing a penis bulge too much like a horse or something? Just something else curious about the world and not a "problem" at all.
