I agree that an orgasm with a full bladder can sometimes be more pleasurable but if someone is holding it until their back/kidneys hurt, serious damage can occur. If your body says "go pee" then go. I have already had the pleasure of having 2 bladder operations and will be having another one in 2 weeks. The plumbing system is serious business and shouldn't be taken lightly.
