This is nuts. I don't care how much money the guy makes, there's no way that $28,000 a month is necessary for child rearing. He agreed to pay that amount earlier and found out that his ex was using the money on herself (of course, how could you spend that much on your kids anyway?). He should be allowed to amend his decision.
