hmmm. how about people at rock concert? or hockey/soccer games where it is not just loud/obnoxious, but violence is seen quite often? How about BIKERS who get off on the OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD, ear splitting exhaust sounds that annoy everyone in earshot (except maybe other bikers)?
Do you get my point? There are INSTANCES where ALL groups are LOUD, obnoxious or whatever based on your personal frame of reference which may not deem it as "appropriate" behavior, but to CATEGORIZE a WHOLE group in a derogatory manner based on some PARTICULAR circumstances in which you can find EVERY ethnic group being "loud/obnoxious" depending on culture/activities, if not racist is at least close-minded and kinda ignorant IMHO.
