I don't have that problem at home......only public facilities.....and its not my cock that gets in the water or hangs so low, its my balls........nothing feels worse than sitting on a toliet at say.....a hospital.....or an airport...you sit down and then you feel cold water hit your balls. Its horribly bad mentally and physically. Hence one of the many reasons I try to avoid shitting in public restrooms if at all possible

Haha!!!! LOL. What a funny question! The worst place to go for a dump is in Germany, the toilets have a ledge which is higher than the water level in a british toilet, there's no way you can sit down without it touching the bottom, you have to develop a kind of hovering technique! haha.
British toilets can be annoying too, if you sit down normally then your dick touches the side of the bowl at the front, you have to slightly lean forward and shift backwards a bit.

Just have to be careful, especially right after you flush, lift up your dick so the tip doesn't get submerged when the water rises from a flush.
