You misunderstand what "private message" means. It does not mean top-secret. It simply means that you can send the message to an individual, without posting it publicly in a thread. It is
sent privately, but once
received, it is the property of the recipient, to do with as he sees fit. I don't know how the laws in Spain work, but in the US, it is illegal to
intercept mail. Once received by the person to whom it is addressed, it is not illegal for that person to make it public.
