Whether something is offensive is the opinion of the person receiving it, and most of us don't find them offensive, we're just pissed off that we're often treated like meat. Have some respect guys and there wouldn't be any need for this sort of thread.
If a judge was to make comment on us publishing the comments we've received on here he'd say as we've published them anonymously there's no case to answer, if we published them with the name he'd find in our favour as he found in the favour of people who have previously published letters they received as in Paul Burrell's case for instance. In general in the UK judges seem to be in favour of non secrecy, when there was a big fuss kicked up about Spycatcher (the government wanting it banned) the judges chose not to ban it. |
