I don't know how it is in other countries, but in the U.S. it is not against the law to make private messages public unless you have signed agreed to not do so. In fact, in most states you can record a private conversation without the other being aware and make it public as well. Just FYI....



The only thing that bothers me when it comes to PM's is that I feel bad when I don't get the chance to respond with a "no, thank you" and at least acknowledge the message. I have the box that flashes up to advise of an incoming message disabled, so if I'm not looking I don't always see that I have one until way later. And if I am busy with other things or chatting with someone I don't always get a chance to respond.

If it was a request to cam or something and it was a while ago, I will delete it. If it was recent, I say no thanks. I don't cam or cyber.
