also let me know what you think of the new cam4. We are having some issues with the new release but trying to clean them up quickly. There are many people here that use cam4, I'm interested to hear your thoughts on the new product.

I noticed I am now unbanned; thank you. The confirmation link wound up in my junk mail, but I found it.

Nice new site format. Like anything new it will take some adjustment by some.

With the new version, a broadcaster will only ban you from his cam, not the entire site. You will still be able to talk to other broadcasters. This was one thing many people complained about that we changed.

However if an admin bans you, it will be still site wide, permanently. This is for people who constantly abuse numerous broadcasters.

so far not liking the new site. Cant seen to find many cams that don't tell you they are offline. One can out of 15 or 20 actually is loading.

i was registered there before. Now it says I have to verify my email. I tried but I got no email. And it won't let me resend the verification email or anything. So I can't chat.

And you can't really tell which cams are the most popular. I wish it would go back to how it was.

Ditto....same problem here. An alternative email i submitted was not accepted as well. Hope its just a glitz since i really like the chat feature.

Although i would say i like this new format.

Mr. Fixed - We are having a problem with the program which clears the offline cams out of the directory. Hope to have this fixed today

Classic - If you are having problems verifiying old accounts that have been transferred. Email kim@cam4.com and she will get you verified.

LPCurious - We accept all emails other than throw-away accounts.

the thumbnails take longer to load now. that is the only problem i have witnessed thus far.

New layout, much slower than the old. Why not just use the old one it worked OK at least, and was much faster. And that you have to pay to get VIP access or even havin a VIP access I predict will put alot of people off. I for one would never show off anything on a site that has my CC and my real name. But hey Its OK to try to make money. But put the old layout back

Delfi - We think we fixed the problems with slow loading images today but adding another image server. Will continue to work to make it faster but all the images seems to be loading at a decent speed now.

XMrC - We think we fixed the speed problem. To answer your second questions, we upgraded the site for a number of reasons including faster cams, messaging, and more languages. All still available for free even if you do not want to upgrade to the VIP version.
