My first vasectomy left moderate scars on my scrotum (even though the stitches came out and I had to stick the edges back together with tape).

Second op - no more scars as abandoned part-way...

Third op - HUGE scar. Several inches long. Fortunately the wrinkly sac, as well as having big balls, means that it's not too noticeable unless the skin is tight or a stretch it.
