I agree with njqt....
His woman's preference will influence his decision. He will also form an opinion when it comes to how a woman grooms her own. If he discovers he likes her trimmed or bare as opposed to natural, it will give him an idea of how a woman may feel in reverse, and he will be less likely to expect her to "deal" with it when he won't.
