I used to be able to do it when I was a teen. It was okay but more trouble than it's worth. Because you have more nerves in your mouth and tongue than on your dick, the sensation is more of giving a blowjob and less of getting one.

And it was all about flexibility. Having a big dick can't hurt though ;)
