| | Week Two: Lab Training The lab training lasted for a full week, and consisted of two labs, one in the morning or afternoon, and one in the evening. The first was a Sex Lab where I placed each student individually with one of the aides, and worked with her on her weaknesses. By the second week I would know each student’s learning needs quite intimately, and would set them on a training program that would allow them to achieve their maximum potential. Since each of the aides had a different endowment and attributes, I made sure to pair the right girl with the right aide for the Sex Labs, and kept a close watch on how she was progressing. If she needed to be paired with a different guy to work on a different skill, I would switch them up, or have her work with two at once, if the situation demanded it. The testing consisted of two Pleasure Exams, two Scenario Exams, and the Final Exam, each on its own day. The Pleasure Exam was somewhat of a competition- an aide would be teamed up with three students at the same time, whose task was to pleasure him to the best of their ability in 30 minutes. In order to graduate, a student needed a “1” rating on one Pleasure Exam, and at least a “2” rating on the other. The student had one advantage, though: she could select which aide she wanted to receive the exam from. This was a good way to test how well the student had learned about each of the aides during her two weeks of work with him. Overall, the Pleasure Exam was a crucial test of comprehension for all the girls. The Scenario Exam was very challenging, and I designed it to be very challenging. They were grueling, but any student who received a passing grade was well on the way to being ready for the Final Exam. The Final Exam, of course, was a night with Jason.
