I think she can act decently, it's harder when you are that hot in the movie. It takes credibility away because the critics are jealous just from a beauty standpoint. She really is not much of an actress. The critics aren't jealous of Cate Blanchett and she is beautiful.
They didn't want her to gain weight to distract the audience...it was Michael Bay, the director, who wanted her to gain weight because he dislikes actresses that are rail thin, the only thing i happen to agree with him on. Look at how thin she was in transformers...then think about the camera adding 10 pounds...and then realize that was AFTER he had her gain a few pounds...like 10.
I like actresses with curves, not twigs.
